2. Consider what you might prefer for the overall appearance of the quilt. There will be two different fabrics used in the construction of your quilt: one fabric for the sashing in between the t-shirts on the front and a second fabric for the backing of the quilt. Some clients have specific preferences or materials in mind. If that is your case, I will gladly send you the yardage requirements so that you can purchase your own fabrics and ship them with your shirts. Other clients may have a general idea but are not picky, so I will work with you to come up with just the right design for you and your quilt. Then there are those who honestly do not have a preference and completely leave it up to me to pick out their fabrics. Any approach you choose in creating your quilt is fine with me! Cost of materials incurred by me will be included in your overall price.
3. Contact me via email or phone to place your order. Please see "Contact Me" tab. A $100 deposit is required on all orders. This may be paid via PayPal, Venmo or sent as a check with your shirts. Quilts will be processed in the order that the shirts are received and deposits are paid. General turn around time for a quilt is 4 weeks. If necessary, your order may be placed on a waiting list.
4. Once you and I have made contact, ship your shirts (and materials if desired) to the address provided. I will contact you to confirm the receipt of your shirts.
5. I will notify you when your quilt is complete and inform you of the total remaining price. This price will include the balance of the labor fee (excluding your deposit), cost of materials incurred, and shipping. You may pay your balance via PayPal or Venmo. After final payment is received I will ship your quilt to you.
